Access requires a case number and access code provided by NEXURA Analytics. The portal only shows the useful status of the file and avoids exposing unnecessary sensitive detail.

The portal only exposes the current case state. Without valid access, no case information is returned. Sensitive details remain outside the public client portal.

What the client should see

  • The current case status.
  • The latest available update.
  • The next concrete step.
  • An invoice, payment status and secure link when an activation is open.
  • The useful operational history and infrastructure state of the case.
  • A clear contact path if the situation changes.

What the portal should not expose publicly

  • Recovered data or detailed inventories without stronger access control.
  • Sensitive evidence, captures or technical material not required for status tracking.
  • Information about other clients or internal operating details.
